We all have jam packed schedules that begin as soon as the alarm clock wakes us up in the am. Squeezing in time to time to tighten your body can seem impossible between breakfast, lunch, dinner, kids, traffic, school and work. Just the thought of balancing all that makes me want to take a nap right now.
Here's a quick 6 minute routine you can do in your bathroom while getting ready each morning or in the evening when your day is done....
..that will get you results without having to sacrifice too much time! Set a timer for 6 minutes and take breaks if you need to!
Lift onto your tippy toes hold two seconds. Drop you heels back down and repeat for 1 minute
Hold onto the Counter/sink for support and ouch you hips back like you are sitting in a chair, stand all the way back up and punch your hips forward squeezing you bum tight at the top. Repeat for 1 minute
Flexed foot, knee locked kick your heel up to the ceiling as high as you can squeezing your bum tight at the top and then lower. Alternate legs 1 minute
Bend knees slightly and twist your torso only from side to side keep going f for 1 minute
Use your sink, counter, or wall for modified assisted push-ups. Place arms shoulder width apart with your writs elbows and shoulder in a straight line. Lower your chest down to the sink letting your elbows come outward and then ouch back up into the starting position. Repeat 1 minute
DEEP BREATHS TO START/END THE DAY
Reach to the sky taking a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth lowering your arms repeat 1 minute
Grab a big glass of water and drink it all your body and mind with thank you!
